The paste operation was in progress when the slowness occurred.
Please, to which node did you paste the files or folders 
(screenshot could be helpful)?
Thank you.

(DataObject.invokeAtomicAction calls DataObjectPool.runAtomicAction,
 but runAtomicActionSimple would be probably better if the operation is slow.)

Please, reevaluate bug.
More then 10 new reports can provide needed info
