Description:
============
User can't see differences correctly if "Keyword
Substitution" option is used. It is not propagated
to execution strings of both CHECKOUT_CMD commands.

Steps to reproduce:
===================
1. Mount CVS filesystem using Command-line Client.
2. Create new file with keyword $Revision$ in its
source.
3. "Add" it and "Commit" two revisions in a row.
4. Right click this [Up-to-date; 1.2] node, hold
down CTRL key and choose "CVS|Diff Graphical..."
action.
5. Setup 1.1 as "Revision or Tag 1", 1.2 as
"Revision or Tag 2" and choose "-kb" value of
"Keyword Substitution" option.
6. Push "OK" button. You will see that revision
1.1 contains  $Revision: 1.1 $ text although it is
not true.

Verified in development build #200205100630 of NetBeans 3.4.
