Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on x86
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_25
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 23.25-b01
in China OS,ctrl+space is change IME to input word
change ctrl+space as shift+space ,then IDE is not work!

Please clarify what does mean 'the IDE does not work'. 

There's an exception attached to the issue (I suppose an exception report dialog was displayed); is that you write the IDE does not work - the editor raises that exception very often (e.g. after each keystroke) ?
