- Push Window|IDE Tools|Terminal
- Push "Create New Remote Terminal Tab"
- Add host1 host
- Push "Create New Remote Terminal Tab"
- Add host2 host
==> I see 3 tabs (localhost, user@host1, user@host2)

1st problem: I can't resort tabs
2nd problem: Restart IDE ==> IDE forgets remote terminals
3rd enhancement: remember last current directory on remote host

2nd and 3rd (not exactly the same, but provides similar functionality) are implemented in
  https://netbeans.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=249038
You can pin some tab and you will have pinned tabs restored after restart at the remembered cwd.

Wontfix 1st (won't be implemented in platfrom).
