Screenshot of interface error dialogs after updater and IDE restart.

I ran the updater after being informed by the interface that updates were available, and now all my git related projects are marked with problem in the project navigator, and I cannot open them to browse/open the files (the clickable arrow is not there).

The attached log is useless, contains nothing useful, just bunch of warning messages from filesystem. Anyway, i don't get it why it was assigned to git, the errors come probably from project infrastructure, they point to the project metadata parser, namely c++ projects (assuming from the project icon, it is c++ project, right?).
Passing to cnd, please evaluate.

Most probably it was fixed as
