in ersioningSystem.Registration versioning systems provide actions which are meant either as init actions (e.g. svn import) or such which are globaly available (e.g. svn checkout). Those actions can be listed in an menu w/o actually initializing a versioning system and should be used in cases when the menu is created for an unversioned root ...
