When I do an update of a CVS mount point, I get output 
from the CVS server in a nice table that looks something 
like this:

Type  Filename  Path
 M    File A    dira\dirb\dirc
 ?    File B    dira\dirb

I would really like to be able to right click on any of 
those files and have the CVS menu that I see in the 
explorer.  That is, have a menu that lists:

Refresh
-------
Commit
Update, etc.

This would be a lot easier than having to navigate through 
the filesystem looking for that file.  In absence of this 
functionality, even a right-click item "Show in Explorer" 
would be a great improvement.
