Try several times install deveopment version of Netbeans but it always stops in 35% of "Completing Netbeans IDE Installation"

I realise that this bug was reported much earlier. But I would let us know that the issue still exists.

However, unlike in the first report, the installer ultimately gets to finish the installation process after all - IT JUST TOOK TOO LONG TO COMPLETE AFTER PROGRESSING TO 35%.

In my opinion, this issue is serious as users may kill the installer believing it will never finish, so I will increase the priority to P1.

This issue was discovered in Build 201306152301.
