Description softwarengineer 2013-05-29 13:57:58 UTC
Product Version = NetBeans IDE 7.3 (Build 201302132200)
Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_17
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 23.7-b01

After much reflection, I hope that NetBeans 8.0 when released will be quite-painless for users when upgrading from older versions - the upgrade should be an automatic process instead of it being a manually downloading process of the plug-ins and integrating it into the IDE. While, in the next 7 months, I hope that the NetBeans Software Engineering team will concentrate on these 11 wonderful languages - C, C++, Java, Haskell, Squeak/Smalltalk, the CLIPS expert system, Prolog, Scala and Ada. The plug-ins must be ready to be used immediately and not suffer any installation errors.

Resolving as invalid. Only a big wish list. Please file separate issues! Not an umbrella one!
