As suggested in bug#227612 comment#7 I'm opening a separate bug.

In "Code Assistance" tab in project properties there is a dialog window for choosing headers and directories with includes. Please support multi selection in it.

Is there any chance this feature will be implemented? Is there any technical inconvenience related to it?
