Description: 
In the setup wizard, making a choise in the "text editor selection", backing up,
then going forward again resets the choice made in this panel. 

Suggested Fix: 
The choice should be persistent

You are probably using externaleditor module, that provides such
panel. Reassigning to them.

Fixed in 3.4 trunk, along with refactoring to use separate
JPanel.
