ide log with missing licesnses

Tried to update 7.3 (javaee)to patch 2 using staging catalog 7.3/uc/final/distribution/catalog_stage.xml

licenses were not displayed, see attached log (log contains only relevant licenses for javaee distro module set, licenses for other modules may be missing as well)

Files from the log were available only for 7.3.1 AUC. I have copied them to the 73patch2 licenses directory and have refreshed DLC.
