Add the action to this popup menu

Right now it doesn't have to be very clear for new users that Show Annotations action has something to do with editor. IMHO it is very useful feature which deserve to be more visible. My proposal is to add it into the "line number pop-up menu" - see screenshot. It would easier to find and reach.
