Shows the dialog

IMHO it is very seldom that someone wants to switch to an inactive branch. 

ACTUAL
In the "switch to branch" dialog there are all branches (incl. inactive ones) listed. In the case of the NB sourcetree there are much of them. See screenshot

EXPECTED
In the "switch to branch" dialog there is a new option (f.e. a default checked checkbox) which hides the inactive branches in the list. This way the normal workflow (view only active branches) is supported and it is still possible to switch to inactive branches by unchecking the "hide inactive" option.

Good point; same goes for "Merge changes" dialog...
