ACTUAL: The attachment won't open. Instead there is a redirect to https://bugzilla-attachments-229369.netbeans.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=134117 and the page says
"Found. The document has moved here." The link at the word "here" links to https://bugzilla-attachments-229369.netbeans.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=134117
It doesn't work at other issues nor for other attachment types (diff/images). Even other browsers do not work. I tried Opera 12.x and IE9

EXPECTED: attachments can be opened

I set this issue to P1 regarding to the prio guideline [1] ("Blocks another developer's progress, no workaround exists". It is very bad, especially for all the employed NB-Developers, who have to review incoming bugreports, API-reviews or patches. A real blocker for the day-to-day-work IMHO.
