Multiple Tab Rows

Would be VERY nice if I could drag any row of tabs up or down to resize the viewable area. I tend to keep a lot of files open in multiple tab rows, and currently you can only drag the row up or down if there is room in the adjacent row's viewable area to consume. When you have 3 or more fully compressed rows, the dragging functionality gets locked for the middle rows, rather than moving multiple rows with the drag to consume the available space. Also, it would be nice if the rows would collapse right up against each other, because having two lines of the file available is not helpful and would save space. Thankyou!
