Product Version = NetBeans IDE 7.3 (Build 201302132200)
Operating System = Windows 8 version 6.2 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_21
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 23.21-b01
msys directory installed as C:\MinGW\msys\1.0\bin - make.exe is installed
Ming32 is installed  the path was set correctly to the directories and nothing seems to be wrong from an installer position... make tested it works... just seems to not want to work with the ide - The package i used for the IDE was the ALL...
