This Bugzilla instance is a read-only archive of historic NetBeans bug reports. To report a bug in NetBeans please follow the project's instructions for reporting issues.
Currently, to delete several projects at the same time, NetBeans will popup a "Delete project" dialog for each project. It would be nice to have a UI with a list of selected projects, and a checkbox aside each one for "Also delete sources under ..."
It would be a welcome improvement.
*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 74296 ***
This is not a duplicate of 74296. This is not a bug, it is a proposal for better User Experience (UX) as the process to delete several projects is really annoying, when it displays several dialogs, one for each project. It should be one single dialog with checkboxes (and select all/select none buttons). Please consider this for NB 7.4. This request has been around for a while.
Well it would be quite difficult to implement, b/c there is used API action ActionProvider for every project and through particular implementation of this API is created delete project dialog...
This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue. Thanks for your cooperation, NetBeans IDE 8.2 Release Boss
Yes, it still happens on 8.1
Sorry, 8.2. Still happens on 8.2.
