Operating System = Linux version 3.2.0-40-generic running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_10
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 23.6-b04

Add a variation of Paste that will paste a Java String constant without the escaping of special characters that is new with NB 7.3.  In some cases, when pasting from an external source, the String has already been escaped.
