As part of build process, would be interesting to generate a changelog like the one provided by Apache Tomcat project (http://tomcat.apache.org/native-doc/miscellaneous/changelog.html)

As per issue 37154, this changelog used to exists - but currently it is not linked anywhere, and is hard to get information about what to expect in each DEV build.

Seems to be a regression (in terms service).
