Steps to reproduce:
1. Create Ruby project from existing sources
2. Ensure Source and Test Files folder exists
3. Choose to rename the project
4. Check in "Also rename Project folder"
5. Rename

What happens:
Test and Source Files folders are lost in the Project view.

What should happen:
Folders should remain intact as they exists in the renamed project folder.
