Please check the screenshot, if you invoke New File wizard and select Web category, name for JSON is incorrect and it is missing description

It is ok in the "new" HTML5 category, problem remains in Other => P4

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
