Seems that this issue happens only on first paste (after opening NetBeans). Afterwards, paste occur normally (to be confirmed).
I cannot reproduce unfortunately..(almost same setup only older dev build) does this happen just with jsp files or any file type? does it happen only in project view or anywhere? do you copy& paste within the IDE only? maybe within one folder? detailed steps to reproduce are neccesary to fix the problem here.
Still happen for DEV201306192300.
Unable to reproduce the error. It works fine for me in Project and also in Files view. Could you please attach sample project, where this error occurs? Thanks.

I was unable to reproduce the problem up today. After about 30 hours with NetBeans open, the problem repeated. In the vídeo, after paste there are two random folders selected. Sometimes, NetBeans randomly selected dozens of files/folders. Please let me know if there is additional information I can send to you.
can't reproduce. does this still occur with a current nb build?
