I left out some wording so I'm resubmitting the description:

replace all javahelp files in the current l10n.list in orion_fcs to
the following:

externaleditor/src/org/netbeans/modules/externaleditor/docs/**/*.hs
externaleditor/src/org/netbeans/modules/externaleditor/docs/**/*.jhm
externaleditor/src/org/netbeans/modules/externaleditor/docs/**/*.xml    
externaleditor/src/org/netbeans/modules/externaleditor/docs/**/*.gif
