Perform test of the following 3.4 Milestone 3
deliverables:

#20364 [Dnd] change order in ListView
#21597 [DnD] use DnD gestures [DnD] use DnD gestures
#21600 [DnD] ability expand a folder during
drag&drop action
Verify that the features are usable and introduce
no showstopper bugs.

All explorer_dnd_2002Mar branch merged in maintrunk and dnd is enabled
on jdk1.4 as default.

New test cases created and commited to CVS.

1. Explorer tests pass
2. No regression arise
3. Explorer tests specification updated

I have filed issues:
P2 issue 22769 - IllegalStateException when dragging windows after DnD
node(s)
P3 issue 22783 -  Indication of place to Drop isn't sometimes painted

I forgot :

issue 20364 isn't fixed, because ListView isn't used for any place
where is DnD useful 

I have filed new tas for me after implementation this issue.( see
issue 22927)
