Maybe a duplicate of issue 225130?
(In reply to comment #2) > Maybe a duplicate of issue 225130? more like 225103 - but yes, this seems to be the exact same problem. So i guess since it reappeared there is a real bug behind it - and the fact that it happened on linux suggests that is hidden deep within the core-code .... just my 2 cents. Someone should re-open it start regression-procedure of sorts *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 225103 ***
apparently marking as duplicate closes a bugreport ... which doesnt make any sense at all so i shall re-open it now.

Tomas, you fixed bug 225130 - can you confirm if this is a duplicate or not? Thanks. Reporter, it would be great if you could try the latest post-7.3 trunk build from http://bits.netbeans.org/download/trunk/nightly/ to see if this still happens for you. Thanks.
Very likely duplicate of issue #225130 but hard to say without a thread dump [1] - please, reproduce the freeze and attach it. Also please try the development version of NetBeans, see the previous comment. Thanks. [1] http://wiki.netbeans.org/GenerateThreadDump *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 225130 ***
