STR:
1) Right-click toolbar -> Customize

Now what I see in NB 7.3.RC2 is attached.

It works for me in NB 7.3 FCS ... did you import settings ? Have you installed additional plugins ? Could you please attach your messages.log file and reopen ? Thanks in advance.
