7.3RC1. After several hours of work, editor stops saving files. I suppose it happens after some internal errors. The IDE pretend to work, but the file is 
not saved. The changes made in this period of time are lost after closing IDE.

7.3 Beta works fine

Could you please attach messages.log file ? 
We can't do anything without that, sorry.

Anyway we fixed similar issue in final FCS build, see issue 206513
