Reported by users in the issue #225642.

Creating a new spring xml config file in a java project, we can select the version of spring framework and select the namespace of schema, such as aop, context, p, ..., when we add spring MVC support, we can't select this. automatic generate the applicationContext.xml and dispatcher-servlet.xml, we have to add or remove the namespace in them.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
