NetBeans 7.3 RC1 with JDK 1.7.0_11 x64 on Windows 7.

I'm trying to add some jars into newly created project, and I would like to mark them as relative path - but this options is grayed out.
Same happens for projects of type Java Library and Web App.
This won't happen in 7.3 dev as per Dec 30, 2012.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
