Based on issue #225103 - open filemanager in a background thread.

I agree that patch is sufficient. Only 1 report so far and workaround is easy (use Chrome Web Store, D&D crx without this dialog as such...)

I tried it on Windows7 and Ubuntu 12.04 and it works fine. Verified

Verified in patch1 - no troubles with install on Win7, Ubuntu 12.04 and MacOS
