To reproduce:
- download 7.3 RC1 build (I used ZIP all bundle)
- right click on bin/netbeans.exe or (netbeans64.exe) and go to Properties|Details or hover over the files and wait for tooltips

=> It shows that product version is 7.2 and file version 7.2.0.0 while it should be 7.3 (or 7.3 RC1)
