CVS server replies with this error on any requests

$ cvs -d :pserver:ttran@cvs.netbeans.org:/cvs
checkout -c
can't create temporary directory /tmp/cvs-serv2519
No space left on device

We cannot work with CVS at all.

We recently moved out from Collabnet's infrastructure
