Operating System = Linux version 3.2.0-35-generic running on amd64

Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 23.6-b04

Every time I open the CVS "commit" dialog, it appears a little lower on the screen. After several usages of the dialog, I have to move it to the top of the screen again.  Mildly irritating.
