The Configuration combo box is enabled although the Single Inspection radio button is selected, when invoking I&T dialog from hint. This does not have any impact on functionality. 

Steps to reproduce:
0) invoke I&T dialog, select Configuration radio button, close the dialog
1) use some hint with transformation (in my case: No Logger)
2) from the hint popup select Run Inspect&Transform on...

-> dialog is opened, but incorrect combo box is enabled

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
