I think it would be very useful if the editor was capable of moving plain functions making them class methods of already existent classes, and the same for plain variables.

This would help those like me who are trying to migrate their PHP applications to a full OOP paradigm, but when trying to refactor:move a function it just says "the move refactoring cannot be applied in this context"
