Going to Tools -> Templates -> Settings allows me to set a user for all of my templates but this user is the same for all of my project even though I have different email address or usernames for each project.

I work a lot with maven and mercurial and what I would like is a way to set a per project username using some kind hint for netbeans to use the username defined in my hgrc.

We'd need some bridge to VCS to get the user information.

maybe via a o.openide.loaders.CreateFromTemplateAttributesProvider
