After changing the value of Deploy on Save (Project properties/Run), one needs to perform Clean and Build before the change is taken into account. It is not obvious, so we should at least show a simple dialog and inform user about this.

At the end, closing as INVALID. When I was testing the DoS, I looked at the wrong place. Clean/Build isn't needed at all --> No warning is needed
