The text-resizing in the output windows is done when you scroll and then a short time after press ctrl, instead of happening while you hold ctrl and scroll.

This is a annoying since pressing ctrl after a long scroll will make the text unreadable.

Fixed in nb7.2, resize is now alt+scroll
