Maven project to reproduce

Adding/removing Maven dependency after Graph tab activation blocks the whole UI. If the Graph tab was not activated, it works fine.

Probably related to http://netbeans.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=220995.

Easily reproducible with standard Maven Java SE project with Atlassian JIRA
dependency. See http://screencast.com/t/TZJWciM7Nm. Note that in this case no slowness report was collected (and almost sure it should be).
