1. Execute a test of the new Drag and Drop
features issue 21109, issue 21598 and issue 21599. 
2. Make sure that features are working properly
and no regressions were introduced. 
3. Extend the existing Explorer acceptance test
suite with test cases for nodes DnD.

For testing I used jar with DnD patches from issue 21109,

1. Explorer tests pass.
2. No regressions arise.
3. Explorer Test Specification updated - add 7 new test cases.
New test cases cover only now enabled part of DnD in Explorer from
patch. These test cases must be updated after whole feature will be
integrated into trunk. (see issue 22109)

UI spec(see issue 21109) isn't up to date, small changes are now
present in the prototype ( for example rightmouse button action, ..)

I have filed DEFECT issue 22100 (P2!) and ENHANCEMENT 22104.
