Where an plugin update is detected the install over you the option to restart the IDE.  This shuts down the IDE but it is not loading up again.

I have noticed this twice now since upgrading to NetBeans 7.2.  I am running on windows 7 with admin writes.  The installation is default apart form the location.  I use JDK 1.7 and also have NetBeans 6.5.1 running (but on different projects).

For me personally this is a very low priority bug.
