Open Type dialog displaying as a narrow vertical line

With NB in the secondary monitor, the Open Type (Ctrl+O) Dialog displays as a very narrow vertical line. It can be resized but when clicking (Ctrol+O) it again displays as a narrow vertical line.

Other dialogs like Tools->Options show much narrower too.

It looks like the Dialogs are displayed to the minimum width allowed by the layout manager.

Also,

When dragging netbeans back to the main display, Ctrl+O again shows the narrow vertical line.

A similar bug has been fixed recently.
Please provide NetBeans and JDK version info and reopen, thanks.
