Verify that the newly implemented feature: Javadoc for 
Code completion -- has been implemented according to the 
user view and the UI spec. If appropriate, extend the 
existing Editor acceptance suite to cover the new feature. 
Also check that no regression have been introduced.

There is implemented 50% of this new feature.
All links in Javadoc should be active and toolbar 
with browser buttons should appear. However
this is not working. Other things in UI specifications work properly.
It seems no regresions appeared.
