When Running an Java ME app project in NetBeans, the "Run" (triangle) button should turn into "Stop" (Square) or at least be disabled as long as the app runs.
If the app stop running for any reason (crash, user terminated the app, etc), the button should turn back to "Run" (or be enabled).
