Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201209260001)
Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_07
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 23.3-b01

I have a .zip files exported from Netbeans 7.1.2 with custom setups for the editor.

After importing these settings, Netbeans 7.3 Dev displays a dialog saying that it will restart, but it doesn't.

Maybe it doesn't seem, but the reason of this bug is the same as issue 207579
