I think it would be useful to be able to specify hash parameters for the Start File. So instead of running index.html and then invoking some action to get your application to desired state, you could simply add parameters in project properties (assuming your app does use some "routing" :)). 

Example:
Start File: index.html
Hash Parameters: user/vriha

and the opened URL would be
index.html#user/vriha
