When you invoke Explorer and switch between tabs, Explorer title chages
correctly, but contents of the tab remains old.
This usually happens on Windows JDK 1.4.0.
This bug is reproducible by automated test and once it was reproduced manually.

Adame, any reproducible scenario? CCing Peter, he made some changes in
multitabcont recently.
