To reproduce:
- open Window|Properties
- select Site Root node in Projects window
- Properties window shows properties of site root folder
- rename the folder in Properties window

=> folder is renamed but Project Settings are the same and intact

That would mean one special FS listener - is it worth? I don't think so... but I can be wrong :) However, project problems should catch it.
