Java: 1.6.0_30; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 20.5-b03

Once NB run in russian locale About Dialog text is missed. I see only this:

www.netbeans.org"">www.netbeans.org.

Once I added -J-Duser.language=en -J-Duser.region=US  to netbeans.conf netbeans_default_options and restart dialog shows properly

seems like a mistake in translated resources, reassigning to localization for evaluation..

LBL_Copyright resource in platform/org-netbeans-core/org-netbeans-core/org/netbeans/core/ui/Bundle.properties has not been translated properly.

fixed into trunk, will be fixed in 7.3 official release.
